Products & Orders

When you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email. Order acceptance occurs when we dispatch the product.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons such as product unavailability or pricing errors.

Pricing & Payment

Prices are displayed in local currency and exclude shipping unless otherwise stated.
We accept the payment methods listed on the checkout page. Online payments must be completed before dispatch.

Shipping & Delivery

Delivery times are estimates and may vary. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or circumstances beyond our control.

Returns & Refunds

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery for return or replacement.
For other returns, items must be unused and in original packaging. Return shipping may be at the customer’s expense.
